A DyRiAS initial license costs 300,-€ a year per user. Every additional license purchased by your organization costs only 150,-€ (per year and user).
Please remember that every user requires a topic-related training for the qualified use of the system.

It is possible that your annual license has expired and your account has been blocked. Please contact us and your account will be reactivated as soon as payment for the annual license has reached us.

You alone have access to the data you have entered into the system. Neither the Institute of Psychology and Threat Assessment nor the DyRiAS administrators have access to the data of our users. Your data is not processed, passed on or sold in any way (data protection). Your data is encrypted and saved on a server. Data secrecy also applies for the time after your contract has expired.

If your colleague also holds a DyRiAS license, it is possible to exchange case files. Your colleague can then continue working on a given case on his or her account whilst you are absent. In order to do this, the case file must be saved via the function “export case” and can be re-opened in your colleague’s account via the function “import case”. The case file is saved in a protected format and can only be opened with DyRiAS.

We regret that your colleague can not carry out a DyRiAS assessment on your account in your absence. There are two reasons for this: First, your colleague may not have participated in the specific training seminar. Thus, he or she may lack the necessary background knowledge and may answer some of the DyRiAS questions incorrectly. This could then lead to the given risk being underrated or overrated.

Also, for reasons of data protection you should not pass on your personal logon information (data protection). You should be the only person to log on to your account.

Our users are requested to enter case data in an anonymized way so that third parties can not identify the individuals of concern (cf. ‘Supplementary protection through anonymous files’ in the data protection concept).

For every question you should consider the ‘explanation’ provided. If you are still uncertain about answering the question, you can access background information via the ‘information’ icon. This background information provides a detailed account of the topic at hand and states examples that make it easier to answer the question. Should you still feel uncertain about answering the question, chose the ‘no information’ option. Try to gather additional intelligence that may help answering the question with more confidence.
